In the beginning

When I first took up quilting, the fabric was so enticing. I started building my stash by buying 1 yard of various prints within a collection. So I started looking for patterns that utilized 1 yard cuts.  I was dismayed to find only simple patterns that were uses squares and rectangles. I was looking for patterns that were more involved.
Then came the wonder of Electric Quilt 7. I fell in love with this software and started creating patterns for my stash of fabric. This was the start of what was to become Cat Den Mountain Quilts.
